On 22 July 1698, the administration of the goods of Daniel Micklethwaite of Ingbirchworth in the parish of Penistone, deceased intestate, was granted to John Micklethwaite, son of the said deceased. An inventory of above £40 was exhibited and a bond was entered. In the will of Josias Micklethwait (ID 1831) he refers to his nephew in law Joshua Twigg (ID 1027E) & to his nephew John Micklethwait of Ingbirchworth (ID 1027B) which tells us that Josias (ID 1831) & Daniel (ID 1027) were brothers.
